What is the dress code?

Fall cocktail attire — think rich jewel tones, warm neutrals, and elegant layers. Avoid white. The venue is an outdoor ranch, so ladies may want to skip the stilettos!

What's the weather like in Pinetop in September?

Pinetop sits at 7,000 feet in the White Mountains — beautiful fall foliage and crisp mountain air. Expect highs around 70°F and cool evenings. Bring a light jacket for the reception!

How do I get there?

The nearest airport is Show Low Regional (SOW), about 30 minutes from Pinetop. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is approximately 3 hours south. We recommend arriving the day before to settle in and enjoy the scenery.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only evening so you can fully enjoy yourselves. We hope you can arrange a sitter and join us!
